Terms and conditions

Who you are contracting with

These terms govern your purchase from Elaborate, a trading name of Elaborate Nutrition Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number [PLACEHOLDER], registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.

What we sell

We sell food supplements. Food supplements are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website should be read as saying otherwise. If you are being treated for a condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, consult your GP or pharmacist before use.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch, not when you place the order or receive an order acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a price or description is wrong, we may decline it and will refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm payment.

Subscriptions

A subscription is charged at the same price as a one-off purchase. It renews at the interval you choose until you change or cancel it. We will notify you before each renewal is processed. You may swap products, change the interval, skip an order, pause or cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel, and the hygiene-seal exception that applies to sealed supplements, are set out in full on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
